GSKC appreciates your support.(Please read following)
This year GSKC hosts the WA State Titles, with which comes requirements for more support.
To encourage as much support and involvement as possible we have decided to implement a way of increasing attendance at Committee Meetings and we feel the only way to do this is to have a Committee Meeting right before racing commences, being that that is a time that most are available to attend.
To assist in this we would ask ALL DRIVERS,PIT CREW, etc,be nominated and signed in by 11:30am on Race Day and if not you will be unfortunately put ROF every race due to the fact it takes a lot of work to set grid draws once Nominations have closed.(See timetable below)
At 11:30am, with Nominations closed, our Committee Meeting will commence.
Any input, involvement,support and encouragement is very much welcome.
If anyone feels they have a better way of going about this we would love to hear from you at the committee meeting 26th May @ 11:30am.
