Rookies $10.00(ALL ROOKIES MUST RUN A RESTRICTOR PLATE OR THEY CANNOT RACE)

PIT ENTRY
Only Licensed Persons Will Be Permitted Entry into the Pit
Area. Casual Pit Licenses of $10 for the Race Day Are
Available At the Track for Each Non Licensed Person.
AIDKA Does Not Cover Anyone for Ambulance Travel So It Is
Recommended That Each Competitor Have Their Own
Ambulance Insurance.
No Smoking in the Pit Area or Infield Areas - No Exceptions

*Canteen available.(PLEASE Give Helen a call 98626058 to go on list to help out)

*Bar Facilities TBA (Under no circumstances is alcohol to be brought onto the premises)

*Saturday Night Tea: TBA.

SATURDAY 10th December, Club Windup and Education Day was a great success and congratulations to those who received trophies and awards. (Club season results to the left)

Many thanks and job well done for 2011 to our President Nicki Morrell who holds our club together and has the best people skills ever, our Grader driver Morty who has great pride in his workmanship (grade-manship) and I'm sure he has the strongest arms ever with all that steering work ,our Canteen Manager Helen McDougall who works tirelessly even when she is unwell and has superbly catered for every meeting , our Treasurer Gail Davies who is always keeping check of our finances admin and licenses , our Secretary/Media Sally McDougall who always places great reports in our local papers and I'm sure that this has been the reason we've had new members this season.
Special mention should go Jo McDougall, Neil, Kodi-Ann and Chloe Morrell,Dave & Angus Bott,Joel,Peter Arnold,Geoff Hams,Bear,Kylie Joe and Bryden Chalmers, Adrain and Ang Haywood,Brendon, Nat and Tyson Bryden, Brent Thompson, Ian and Jordan, the Anyons Family,the Keen Family, Joel Ettridge,the Pinker Family,the Symonds Family,the Shepherd Family,Daniel Coleman, Annette Rance and Peter, Greg Curtis,Robyn Chinnery, the Ryan Family,the Wheatbelt Club, the Carleton Family, Michael from Wagin,Cheryle,Luke and Jamie Nardini and many more to mention.

# SAFETY AT THE CLUB #

Pit insurance for everyone in Pit area and armbands must be worn at all times whilst in Pit Area.
(Casual Pit Insurance available:$10 per person for entry to pits.Indemnity form & One Day Insurance form must be signed)

Fully enclosed footwear in pits.

NO over 90 or younger than 5yrs in hot area.(diagram of the hot areas coming soon)
Evacuation plan on wall in canteen.

No smoking in pits.

Helmet must be less than 10 years old.

Gloves.

Fully enclosed shoes..

Overalls with zipper NOT press studs.

Tearoffs secured to helmet.

Neck Brace.

BOTH Great Southern Cart Club MEMBERSHIP FORM and 2012 AIDKA LICENCE APPLICATION can be downloaded below. Print clearly and post all to Gail Davies (address supplied on form)

NOTE: “Licences can NOT be processed without proof of Ambulance cover and that passport photos must be in electronic fomat ONLY (preferably JPEG) and emailed to Gail Davies gaildavies@westnet.com.au – hard copy not acceptable” ONLY NEW Licence applications REQUIRE electronic photo (SMALL PASSPORT JPEG please) to be emailed to Gail Davies gaildavies@westnet.com.au .So if you had a license last year and your happy with that photo you DO NOT need to supply photo.

NOTE:Both the GSKC MEMBERSHIP/FEE and AIDKA LICENSE/FEE are required from each applicant.
